The location of the hotel is convenient for business guests. It is close to the cable car, allowing for easy access to the ski slopes. There is also a local supermarket nearby, perfect for grabbing any necessary supplies. Although the hotel is not in the center of town, it is still within a manageable 10-15 minute walk.

The dinner at the hotel can be a bit pricey, making it more suitable for occasional splurges rather than a regular dining option.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me as a disabled traveler. It was situated away from the main areas of town, which meant it was quiet and peaceful. I appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle, as it made my stay more relaxing. The hotel was just down from the Wiche bus stop, making it easy for me to access transportation. The surrounding area was beautiful, with an open field and charming chalets.

The only downside of my stay was the lack of a silence room in the spa. It would have been nice to have a dedicated space to relax and unwind without any distractions.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled below the beautiful Findlebach Gornergrat station and offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The service was top-notch, with friendly and polite staff going above and beyond to cater to our every need. Additionally, the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with amenities such as a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities.

This hotel is a fantastic choice for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The hotel was lovely, with a mile walk to the village. The food was wonderful, especially the fondue kotas. The spa included in the stay was beautiful. The staff were very good too meet our needs.

Clean and well-appointed rooms, fabulous breakfast, amazing private fondue hut. Exceptional food, relaxing spa, ski locker and heated boot rack. Accommodating staff, top-notch restaurant, ski-in/out location. Spacious rooms with great alpine views, peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely return.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff here made us feel incredibly welcome and were always ready to help. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience during our stay. The food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing - fresh, local and delicious. Breakfast was a treat each morning and we also had dinner there twice, which was a highlight of our trip. The homemade cake served in the afternoon was a delightful touch. The service, comfort, and quality of this hotel truly made it the highlight of our summer in Europe.

The only downside we experienced was with the room itself. It was quite hot and the thermostat seemed to be broken, making it difficult to regulate the temperature.

My amazing experience at this charming boutique hotel was lovely. The staff, including the kitchen staff, were friendly and hospitable. The location, although a bit far from the center, was ideal for skiing enthusiasts as you can ski right to the doorstep, and it offered a calm and peaceful atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with well-maintained and super clean rooms. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the wellness spa which was perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking in the alps. Transportation was convenient, with easy access to the first stop of the train and the bus station or city center. The breakfast offered a decent variety of food and the staff were very attentive and accommodating.
